Empirical approaches to Public Law

During my doctoral research, I sought to do legal research differently. I became particularly interested in empirical approaches grounded in social science methodologies, and became convinced that empirical analysis holds the key to unlocking a deeper understanding of legal phenomena and constructing more robust theoretical frameworks. Across various projects, I aim to not only advocating for the integration of social science methods in legal research, but also to inspire and guide early career researchers in embracing this innovative approach to law. By bridging the gap between law and social science, we can better address the multifaceted issues shaping the contemporary legal landscape.
